What is Korean Natural Farming (KNF)?
KNF is a method of putting life back into your soil. Over the past ~100 years of chemical based agriculture we have fragmented our soils. However, with KNF these soils can be fixed. We harvest indigenous microbes from areas of undisturbed old growth, culture them on our farm and then introduce them to your soil.

What does Korean Natural Farming do?
KNF is essentially a (re)introduction of beneficial fungi and bacteria into your soil. Our beautiful island was once connected underground by a fungal network that would have stretched from Cork to Donegal. This network connects plants to nutrients leading to amazing plant, animal and human health.
